Running a report

Once you have placed the fields you want in the Details area of the Design tab, running the report is a simple process.

To run a report:

Press F5 or click .
Crystal Reports generates the report on the columns you selected from the Customer table.



Save the report as Customer.rpt. You can use it to follow along with procedures that are described in subsequent chapters.
